The master plan creates the framework for the development of a mountain getaway on an expansive site backing onto national forest land with an existing pond on site. The scope of work involved designing outdoor spaces, retaining walls, a rooftop garden, a rock garden, siting a hot tub, and a silt pond with a recirculating waterway to improve water quality. Extensive plantings were scaled to respond to the site, the home and the stonework.
