Concrete Treehouse

Warren, Vermont

Treehouse Architect - ArroDesign

Stonework - Bozack Masonry & Scott Joslin/Mack Reynells

Landscape - Appalachian Landscaping

Faced with a challenging, south facing, sloping site, the Master Plan calls for a multi-level terrace enclosed with a wall and connected to the rest of the site by stairs and a bridge. A fabric formed two story concrete treehouse developed as the focal point for the property. The terraces connect the house with the treehouse via a cantilevered concrete bridge. Terraces planted with gardens and a small lawn allow for elegant and comfortable access around the property.
